What is a self-managed Office?

A self managed office is commonly a conventional lease agreement for companies looking for longer term solutions (2+ years). It would commonly be the case that companies provide the furniture and manage all the outgoing costs for the office.

Depending on the Lanlord or provider, there will be a range of conditions the offices is provided. 


  • Usually delivered with a basic level of interior fit-out. This may include raised floors, suspended ceilings, lighting, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.


  • A fully functional office that a tenant can move in and begin working immediately while only having to make minimal adjustments to the space. Elements such as branding are not usually included in a Cat A+ space as this is left for the tenant to add once they have moved in.
