Firmdale Hotels and Kit Kemp Design Studio have designed and built an innovative new office building over seven floors in the heart of Soho, London. There is a colourful ground floor lobby and café, three vast floors of office space, two luxury apartments and a top floor entertaining space and terrace with views over the Soho skyline.

Each open plan office offers approximately 2,200 square feet of workspace with floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows looking out over the Soho skyline.

Accented by meticulous detailing, the space has been finished to the highest specification, enhanced with sleek, luxurious materials and elegant statement lighting across the vaulted ceiling. Air conditioning and accessible WC facilities are available on each floor.

With a unique Tiled frontage with huge windows and a particularly impressive curved concrete ceiling on every floor it’s a show stopper of a building. We also have a stunning roof terrace with views over our neighbours and this will open out from a lounge area. The building will have the usual facilities of bike storage, showers, meeting rooms and our high standard of service!
