The Building

As always, our primary goal is to put out ultra-affordable workspace where nobody believes it to be possible, and we’re going big here in the heart of London Bridge/Waterloo. Citygate House is on the doorstep of Borough Market and easily walkable to London Bridge, Waterloo, and Blackfriars stations. We have offices available for team sizes of 4-100+ built to the highest specification, and we can equally give you a blank canvas from which to make your own and run your operation.

The Spaces

Split over 6 floors, Citygate House offers panoramic views and an unbeatable location right on the river in the centre of SE1. The building boasts additional lounge space, an urban garden, shared meeting rooms/phone booths, and barista-style bean-to-cup coffee machines. We’ll additionally have experience rooms like a ping pong hall, golf simulator, gaming corners, and quiet rooms.

What’s Included

Our licence agreements include a recurring monthly fee that covers the following items:
- All building costs such as rent, business rates, utilities, stock, cleaning, meeting rooms, coffee machines, etc.
- Full fibre 1GB internet with a dedicated server rack per floor
- Fully furnished offices
- High spec communal kitchens on all floors
- Air conditioning
- Showers
- Bike storage

Our offices vary in size, and we can tailor spaces to meet your desk needs and budget. All locations offer ample communal break-out areas, allowing you to maximize office desk space, or we can create private break-out spaces if preferred.
